Tech entrepreneur. Engineering leader. Researcher. Building infrastructure for Africa.

I run WorkSphereLife, where we've served over 20,000 job seekers without paid acquisition. I'm also building LaterList AI—a save-now system for people who move fast and think deeply, now in beta. Before founding these companies, I led engineering and enterprise support at Dynamo AI, Microsoft, CVS Health, and Amazon. My work spans technology operations, applied AI, and long-term institution building—and I'm preparing for doctoral research on how AI platforms shape labor market outcomes.

Faith-rooted. Execution-focused.

02About

I've spent my career where systems need to stay up and decisions carry weight. Now I build companies that reduce friction for real people, and institutions in Ghana designed to outlast me.

I've spent most of my career in environments where systems need to stay up and decisions carry weight. At Amazon and CVS Health, I learned what operational discipline looks like at scale. At Microsoft, I led enterprise support through high-stakes incidents. At Dynamo AI, I ran global engineering and support teams shipping AI safety products.

In 2025, I co-founded WorkSphereLife to reduce friction in job search. The platform has since served over 20,000 people without paid acquisition. That experience deepened my research interest in how AI-driven job platforms shape labor market transitions and occupational choice.

Alongside WorkSphereLife, I’m building LaterList AI—a save-now system designed for people who move fast and think deeply. We recently launched the beta, built to help users capture links, notes, images, and ideas instantly, then return to them with clarity and intention. It’s a different kind of product, but it comes from the same instinct: reduce friction in how people navigate information.

I'm also building Doyen Syndicate Foundation, starting with clean water infrastructure in Ghana. The work in Africa is not a side project. It's a long-term commitment to building durable systems where they're needed most.

Research

How AI job-matching platforms shape labor-market transitions.

I study information frictions, occupational choice, and entrepreneurship using panel data and quasi-experimental methods.

Broader interests: entrepreneurial ecosystems, hybrid ventures, digital infrastructure in emerging markets.

04Journey

The work that shaped how I think about systems, leadership, and long-term building.

Chapter 01 · Amazon · CVS Health

Operations at scale

I started in technical support and operations at Amazon and CVS Health, where I learned how large systems actually run. Not the architecture diagrams, but the reality of keeping things working when something breaks at 2am.

Chapter 02 · Microsoft

Enterprise leadership

At Microsoft, I moved into enterprise support leadership. I coached teams through critical incidents and helped customers recover from system failures. That work taught me how to stay calm when stakes are high.

Chapter 03 · Dynamo AI

AI safety & global teams

Dynamo AI gave me my first leadership role spanning engineering and support across multiple continents. We shipped AI safety tools to enterprises that needed to deploy models responsibly.

Chapter 04 · WorkSphereLife · LaterList AI

Building as a founder

WorkSphereLife came out of watching people struggle to find work. We built a platform that’s now served over 20,000 job seekers. That same instinct to reduce friction led to LaterList AI, a save-now system now in beta. Running both has given me a founder’s understanding of how products survive contact with real users.

Chapter 05 · Labor economics + AI

Research direction

My research examines how AI-based job-matching platforms affect transitions into employment and entrepreneurship. I study reductions in information frictions using panel data and quasi-experimental methods. This work informs both my product decisions and my doctoral preparation.

Chapter 06 · Doyen Syndicate Foundation

The Africa long game

The Africa work is the long game. Through Doyen Syndicate Foundation, I'm building infrastructure in Ghana, starting with clean water. The goal is durable systems that earn trust and compound over decades.

05Africa

Africa doesn't need more slogans or pilot programs. It needs infrastructure that works and people committed to operating it over decades. That's the premise behind Doyen Syndicate Foundation.

We're starting with clean water in Ghana because water is foundational. You can't build education systems or financial services on top of communities that lack basic infrastructure. Clean water earns trust. Trust enables everything else.

The approach is operator-first: work with local leaders, build what's actually needed, and stay accountable for outcomes. AI and automation come later, as tools to extend capacity, not as the starting point.

Product Overview

09Track record

I've worked in environments where the systems needed to stay up and decisions had real consequences. That shaped how I approach building and operating anything.

Enterprise & operations

  • Led engineering and support teams across North America, Europe, and Africa
  • Operated production systems at Microsoft and Dynamo AI with enterprise-grade reliability requirements
  • Owned incident response and post-incident analysis for high-impact operational events
  • Worked at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer success

Scale

20k+

People served by WorkSphereLife — without paid acquisition.

AI systems

  • Deployed AI-powered workflows in production customer environments
  • Worked on responsible AI evaluation and model behavior analysis
  • Communicated technical system behavior to technical and non-technical stakeholders

At Dynamo AI, I led teams shipping AI safety tools to enterprises. That work informed how I think about deploying AI responsibly.

Founder experience

Running WorkSphereLife taught me things you can't learn as an employee. When you're responsible for a platform serving 20,000+ people, you experience constraints and tradeoffs directly.

  • How systems scale (and where they break)
  • What users actually need versus what they say they need
  • The operational reality of running software in production

Research direction

How reducing information frictions changes opportunity access and occupational choice.
